昨天，跟姐姐谈到最进一直睡不好和下体有疼痛的感觉。姐姐叮嘱我遇到Water Burst时就要赶紧去医院，来红时可以马上去洗澡然后才去医院。
她叫我应该开始 pack 生产必需品了。何谓生产必需品!? 好在有姐姐交给我一张Lists， 大约是这些吧，还有漏掉的请大家告诉我， 谢谢！ *Bag ~ 一个 *Cord Blood Stem Cell Box ~ 重要 *T-shirt or night gown & sock ~ 一件衣和长裤及袜子 *Sarung ~ 一件 *Disposable Panties ~ 一包 *Matenity pad (Madame Pad ) ~ 一包 *BB Cloths ~ 一件白色长衣裤 (老人家说穿旧衣，宝宝会较乖和容易带，所以会拿matthew 的) *BB Blanket ~ 一个 *BB Swaddle Blanket ~ 一个 *BB 手套 & 脚套 ~ 各一套 *毛巾(我的) ~ 一件 *Camera
and not to forget newborn diapers for BB oh!

ReplyDelete你得带外套，不能着凉。宝宝的短衣带去最好，怕有时候弄脏活其他。其实Mahkota Med那有给宝宝准备毛巾，基本上你只须带一件毛巾，给宝宝回家时包的。
ReplyDelete手脚袜多带一套。
你也可带贮奶器，通常第一天没什么奶水，一旦有你就存起来，第一泡奶水是最有营养的，而且带黄，这对宝宝增加免疫力。
也可准备宝宝的奶粉，万一你没有奶水。通常医院会准备的。
最好带的衣服事前面开钮的。。because if u want to try breast feed that will be easier. And also most important..charge full your HP & Camera battery! haha...

Dunt be stress on what to bring along, since you will be in mcca n your family members will be around. They will help you out. In Melaka, That's the best place to give birth. ~Relax~You will have a very cute n pretty princess!
